This month’s tip is about always having grooming items on hand to help you be fresh for any meeting or event. Even students can use these items as they begin a new fall season in school.

Syndi’s Top 10 Grooming Bag Contents:

1. Hand sanitizer or sanitizing sheets, such as Purell

2. Small packets of Kleenex or other tissues

3. Breath mints or freshener, such as Listerine sheets and Altoids

4. Dental floss, Brush Up Teeth Wipes and/or small toothpaste and brush

5. Comb or hair brush

6. Safety pins or small sewing kit

7. Cold remedy items such as vitamin C, Emergen C, or Airborne

8. Painkillers for headaches, such as Tylenol or Advil

9. Tums or other product for indigestion

10.  Spray-on or small stick stain remover for clothing accidents.

Place this arsenal in small pouches in your office, home, car, and purse or briefcase. By having several kits on hand wherever you are, you will look and feel sharp at all times. I also rely on an extra sweater or jacket stashed in my car, briefcase, or office, for cool weather or frosty air conditioning.

Happy Practicing!
